„When I walked in the hotel, I felt like i was in a spa. It was beautiful. Many places to eat near by. The breakfast:yogurt, bagel, croissant, ham&cheese, fruit, coffee/tea. No hot food. Great location but scary that it is off the highway. Need to be careful when walking outside the hotel. Need to cross a bridge to walk to the beach. Take a towel. We stayed 4 days and no beach umbrella only chairs. I will certainly stay again at this hotel.“

„I love how welcoming and positive the employees are all of them had a smile and attitude that they wanted to be there. The resort looked amazing and very clean lots to do there.“

„This was my second time at El Colonial. As the first time, it was great. Staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful. I always feel very welcome. Sadly I always just stay one night. But it is definitely worth to make my way here from the airport. Hotel is in the midst of old San Juan and lots of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Very nice roof terrace for some drinks or just some peace and quiet. I will certainly stay again.“
