„It was spacious, but we were overall dissatisfied with the quality of the cabin (a refurbished single wide trailer) that we were assigned. The front door was flimsy and didn’t close property. We had to pull and jiggle.. needless to say we didn’t feel that safe. The place was clean on the surface, but the windows had caked on dirt that was pretty gross.“

„We stayed in the modern cabin. Very nice! Had everything we needed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. I would have liked a blanket for the couch. They had sweet lights strung around, nice touch. Liked the community spaces, pool, hammocks, fire pit, plenty of games. Was central locating to lots of hiking, waterfalls, river, caverns. Liked the info book with recommendations for planning. „My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Banyan cabin. It was very tranquil and allowed us to destress very easily. The cabin is in excellent condition with the kitchen bearing a nice modern look. There was a washer and dryer in the cabin which allowed us to wash some of our clothes no problem. Management was nice and friendly and helped us check into the cabin easily. „We never saw anyone that worked their but the key was left for us with clear and easy instructions on how to get into our cabin. The cabin was definitely clean and tidy. It did have a kitchenet and bathroom, the bed was a queen and everything was clean. But the cabins are very old and the floors move. They move so much that the toilet rocked when you sat on it. The views are beyond words, We enjoyed driving around the parks, visiting the crystal shops in Shasta and relaxing in the quietness of our surroundings. The cabin is absolutely perfect, all you need is the food you like. We had such a relaxing time.
