„Selbst mein gehbehinderter Mann konnte von hier aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Dann der Garten, den wir - ein Luxus mitten in Florenz - ganz für uns allein hatten. Last not least Monica, die freundlichste und hilfsbereiteste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann. Das Apartment selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir hatten absolut keinen Grund zur Klage. Im Gegenteil: Wenn wir wieder nach Florenz kommen (was wir vorhaben), ...

„Our family of 5 adults stayed here and it was lovely. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that is easily accessible to the city. There are plenty of stores within walking distance to buy supplies, and if you have a car (which we did) there was somewhere to park it during one stay. The villa is decorated nicely and has everything necessary for a wonderful stay. There are several stairs to access the villa. This was fine for our group but keep this in mind. „Beautiful, clean, and renovated property. Comfortable beds, clean dishes and towels available. Located in a quieter neighborhood with its own charm. Hosts were very receptive and thoughtful as well. All the utensils and miscellaneous items we needed were provided. The main door wasn't functional during our stay, but the hosts contacted us promptly, and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. The door was not a problem for us the rest of our stay. “

„Superb view from the terrace! With such a good view comes stairs. Apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator to the third. Two flights within the apartment to get to the terrace but is so worth it! Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean. A great area to stay in, everything was within walking distance. The apartment is light on amenities. We had to buy toilet paper (provided two small rolls for four adults for 3 nights). Overall would absolutely recommend, but just be aware.“

„The unit was wonderful. The host was exceptionally helpful and the unit was well located: next to the rail station and easy walking distance to historical spots. We would easily stay there again.Two notes: if one has mobility issues, the unit is down a flight of stairs. Second, the tram, as others noted, is just outside and can be heard...but was not a problem for us.Overall, we were delighted with our stay.“
