„Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider ist es zum Teil recht laut. Um 6.14 h wird man von der Poolpumpe geweckt. Gegenüber wird gebaut und die Baufahrzeuge sind nervig. Dazu kommt der Flugverkehr. Ansonsten ist das Haus in Ordnung gewesen“

„As grandparents we stayed in the house 5 days straight babysitting 2 toddlers while our adult children attended the American Botany Convention. We used all the facilities, pool, laundry, kitchen etc. All were in great shape. The kitchen especially was well stocked and the house is near 2 good supermarkets. Very good rental!“

„Group of 6 - four adults and two teens. The place was very comfortable and spacious. Kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. The management was very responsive. AC broke and they were there in 15 minutes to reset. “

„This home is well appointed with a stunning view and within our favorite Palm desert community. The pool, jacuzzi, firepit, ping pong table and corn hole is all you need for a great family vacation. The owner/manager is very responsive and remedied any small needs we had. You should be confident in your rental of this home that you will get your monies worth!“

„Lots of entertainment gor kids and teens! Salt water pool, putting green, billiards table, theater room, board games, 5 Smart TVs and very close to I-10. Stores and restaurants are an easy drive from this place in Indio. 20-30 minutes to the Palm Spring highlights near by. This home is for sale as of now, so things may change some but I can't imagine they'd change too much. “

„This is a great property for a larger group. It is spacious, but a bit dated. The furniture is sufficient and in good shape. It was super nice to have two refrigerators in the kitchen, especially if you have a large group. The beds were comfortable, and there was a good assortment of pillows.
