The accommodations were great! We had the pool heated and was refreshing after the a round of golf every day. The spa tub was also heated (on demand) using a app to turn on and off (it was tricky to use). The open concept for the kitchen, dining and living room areas was perfect for our group of 8 guys.

Bach Weekend

This place was amazing and has the perfect set up for our large group stay. Anna was kind enough to accommodate all of my guests! There were plenty of air mattresses, pillows, blankets and even towels for all my 20+ guests. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dinning area, living room and pool table area made the whole experience very communal. Anna was quick to respond to any questions I had, even during our stay. Thank you! We really cannot wait to stay here again.

Big place with responsive hosts

Nice place with ample room for our group of 11. Comfortable beds, nice showers/bathrooms, and plenty of room for all. Great outdoor space with options for lots of different interactions (relaxing, swimming, fire pit, bar, pickleball, etc.). Hosts were extremely responsive to our questions which was really appreciated.

Responsive management

This is a great property, but if you have 16 or more people plan on sleeping on blow up mattresses, which none of my ladies wanted to do since we all split the cost equally. The outdoor area, pool, spa is wonderful, but could have more than 4 lounge chairs. Beware of the wind in this area. Really windy. The kitchen/living area are great for large parties, but the kitchen is not really stocked with pans need for baking. Ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, but management sent someone out right away. Did not get fixed during our 3 day stay. Property is a little dated and could use update of some things, but for the most part, it was very nice.

We loved the property, especially the pool and hot tub! The house and guest house were great, we had a group of 15 and everyone had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great location for getting to Joshua tree for hiking as well. Would definitely recommend!

We were in town for our wedding and this place was perfect for hosting all our friends and family. The pool was great and there was ample parking for everyone. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Lots of space

Our family of 11adults and one toddler stayed here for 6 nights. Communication with Anna was excellent and a heating situation in the bedrooms and in the pool was quickly resolved. The kitchen is huge and great when you have lots of cooks. There are 4 cupboards of glassware and lots of kitchen utensils. We bought/used paper plates. The kitchen could use more bowls of all sizes, some storage containers and some large pots. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house: one large master with a king and en-suite and a small bedroom with a full/queen behind the kitchen, one king with office, a bathroom across the hall, and 2 queen bedrooms that share a bathroom farther down the hall. The walls are very thin-we could hear conversations in the next bedroom. In the guesthouse all 3 bedrooms share a bathroom and common space. We had some issues with the pool heating but those were all resolved by the property manager. One thing that would be helpful is a property book with some guidelines and instructions. You are about 15-20 mins away from a grocery store and about 7 from gas stations.

We held a small intimate wedding ceremony and reception at this property and everything turned out absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for our family and friends to stay with us and given the size of the property we were able to hold both ceremony and reception onsite. The outside bar and pool was a perfect touch to the event and everyone enjoyed themselves. The living room to the main house is huge and spacious perfect for entertaining and holding everyone for our rehearsal dinner the night before. Overall it was a great experience.

Great Spot for Large Group

The property is great for a large group. We spent 5 days here to celebrate our Mom’s 70th birthday and had a total of 17 people with ages 8-70. There were plenty of beds, TVs, pool towels and space to hang out. The pool area was the highlight. The shaded portion was really nice. The outside space was huge and we didn’t use half of it, there is a basketball court and an outdoor bar area. Any small issues we had were resolved promptly and the host was very responsive. The location is great as the property is barely Desert Hot Springs so you’re very close to Palm Springs.

A true resort for large groups

We had children and grandchildren. The pool area was absolutely amazing. It had a chest freezer in the Tiki Bar which held enough ice for the whole 3 days. The home was amazing and huge and the back house was equally nice!!! We will definitely book this home again as this is an annual trip for our family!!!

Lovely Sunny Location

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean upon arrival. The layout of the house is a bit unclear from the listing however we found our way around once we arrived and all beds were clean and comfortable. The pool was sparkling and full sun all day so great for tanning. The BBQ worked great and the house was welll equipped with basic cooking and eating needs. Palm Springs proper is a short drive away, and it was no issue getting Ubers to and from the house. It was actually a very quiet location. We didn’t hear or see any neighbors during our stay. There was a slight issue with the car gates not reopening upon driving in, however the property manager sent someone immediately to remediate the issue in the meantime All in all, we would definitely stay again!

Very nice place for a get together!

This house was clean, upgraded, and had a great pool, pool table, and basketball court! Great kitchen and numerous areas to hang out. EXTREMELY perfect place for large get together. Perfect for our golf trip. When we discovered the pool cues were broken (Which the owners would not have known) They came out almost immediately with 4 new sticks. I also left some items there and the property manager went above and beyond to get it back to me. Great service! Will definitely try and get again if I amin the area. Thanks for the great stay!

Definitely a Party House

As the description indicates, this is set up for partying. Lots of Margarita glasses, indoor and outdoor bars, beautiful pool, spa and waterfall and a lovely shaded outdoor area. It is on the way to Joshua Tree so closer than many other towns in the Palm Springs area. The spacious common area was perfect for our group. We really loved the view of the beautiful mountain outside the front door. There was ample parking for cars as well. We rented for a family reunion with lots of elaborate cooking going on in the large kitchen. Since it is a party house, the kitchen lacked the tools needed to do some of that cooking so we had to buy some items like large pans, baking sheets, roasting pans, etc. Also, some of the many cupboards which were empty were not clean. The host did provide us with kitchen towels, dish cloths and pot holders upon request. The host texted me 2 hours from check-in time (as we were traveling by car and plane) to tell me that due to a septic problem caused by the previous tenants, we would have to stay two nights in another house that I would have to rent. She kindly did some research and found 3 houses in Indio from which I could select. I chose the one that was most similar in number of king beds and bathrooms. I contacted the host of that house and paid for the two nights. Our family checked into the Indio house and I was reimbursed promptly for those two nights by the Desert Hot Springs host. Two days later, we packed up 5 cars with all our food, luggage, toys, etc. to transfer to the Desert Hot Springs house when the host contacted me 40 minutes before our departure to tell me we needed to stay another night in Indio. I paid for that third night which along with fees for pets and pool heating in Indio caused the week in the Desert to cost 1/3 more than was originally planned as those additional costs were not reimbursed. The Desert Hot Springs house had lots of beds but the two kings were broken. We found some paint cans in the garage to prop them up. Probably fine if you are partying a lot as you might not care where you sleep. The pool was over chlorinated so the kids had some chemical burn but it was not life threatening and they did love the pool. The host met us upon arrival and thoroughly explained the house to us which we certainly appreciated.

Fantastic Stay!

Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect for our big group, had every room filled, and had plenty of gathering space for everyone on the main house and the pool area. Would definitely stay here again and 10/10 recommend!
