« Fully renovated just as described on the listing. Super clean and very organized. We were able to bring our boat and keep it in the water behind the house. This place is so cute and cumfy. My husband and I come to this little town at least twice a year. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to stay here when we visit the area on our next trip. « Lovely lovely cottage a short walk to a private beach. Beach gear in the closet (two chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler!). We rode the available bikes to the beach everyday- 3 minute bike ride! Nice lagoon in the back to watch the pretty birds. Room is quaint-just right for 2 people for a 3-day stay! We will for sure be back! (The bed is not comfortable but we made due!!!!) :-) »

« Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed.
