Replaced batteries in remote Friday night then dropped it off early Saturday explaining what was needed. They had all day to rectify, but waited until we came back late afternoon. Told they didn’t have a different remote so just deal with it. Yes, I am capable of getting out of bed to adjust volume, but not when I’m paying for it. Asked for adjustment to charge. When we arrived the water to the toilet tank was turned off because it will just continually fill so we had to turn the water on and off every time we had to flush the toilet. Second, the TV remote doesn't work with the TV in the room. Finally a couple small things - the light switch by the front door doesn't seem to turn any lights on and there was some trash left in one of the dresser ...
