« We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, clean and secluded atop a large hill. Quiet nature surrounded us, giving plenty of privacy while enjoying the hot tube after our long days of walking through nature and beaches with some trips to the sleeping bear dunes. This was a very enjoyable location! »

« This home met all my expectations for a vacation on the lake in Interlochen. I visited the area many times before, but not in several decades. The peaceful location in the woods with a view down to the lake and the gazebo from the screened in porch was a perfect as it could be. The home was well-appointed and decorated. »

« Cute house in the woods to relax in after spending the day in downtown TC for the cherry festival. Loved the fun decor. Make sure to notice there is no AC. Upstairs bedrooms have fans but did get warmer than we are use to as it was a very hot day. »

« Went with my 2 sisters and mom and we loved the place. Only downside to it was the lack of AC. The weekend we were there was a hot one and while the place provides ceiling and portable fans, only one of the portable fans worked. Luckily we had brought 2 portable fans as well so we were able to cool it off the best we could. Otherwise the place is perfect for a getaway. »

« This is my second time renting a cabin at The Woods of Leelanau. The first time around, my husband and I stayed at The Americana, then, just last week, we were at The Cozy Cabin. Both cabins were exceptional, and we loved our experience. We enjoyed having quiet, slow, mornings with a pot of coffee and fresh eggs on a gorgeous porch surrounded by wildlife. There are nice hiking trails on the property, one of which goes up to an overlook with a view. »

« If you're thinking about staying here you definitely should. The hosts are communicative and friendly with great suggestions for local businesses, the French Country cabin is cozy and cute (there's so many blankets!), everything is beautifully decorated, and you will not regret the time you stay here. The surrounding area is gorgeous too of course, and this rental is wonderful whether you are having a relaxing getaway or you are out looking for adventures. We'll be back! »
