« Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...

« Air conditioning was very odd. You couldn’t just set it to cold. If the temp got below the temp set, the heat would turn on instead of just turning the air off. So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again. »

« Le voisinage n'est pas recommandable. Il y a des consommateurs de drogues et des gens douteux qui errent aux alentours de l'hôtel. Le réceptionniste de l'hôtel a fait appel à la police pour surveiller les alentours. Il a été tres collaboratif pour surveiller et sécuriser nos motocyclettes. »

« The property was super clean, the bed was comfy and cozy, the room was spectacular. I loved the fun colors!! Would suggest to check out and stay!! »

« It was pet friendly which was nice. The room had a strong musty smell. The shower leaked so I had to put a towel down to muffle the sound so we could sleep. I did share with the girl at the desk. »

« I would not recommend nor stay at it again. The bed was a cheap foam mattress with no support beneath. Furniture was sparce and worn out. Probably got from a garage sale. Facility was badly in need of refreshing. I had to have staff for a chair. Breakfast was cold and uncreative. I'm beginning to think about not ever booking at a Hampton Inn again. They are falling apart. »

« I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids. »

« We were able to check in early, which was nice. TV and bathroom were outdated. There were two of us. I had to ask for a second room key and there were exactly two of each towel. Seemed a little stingy—a bit inconvenient if you want to take more than one shower. But it was fine for one night. »
