« Have been waiting on a refund from host for over a week. He has been contacted by VRBO & Expedia multiple times without response. I was not going to leave a negative review but the host has left me no choice. We arrived at the property on check in day to a *very strong* odor of moth balls. « This house was perfect for what we needed. We came to bike the different paths converging in Xenia. There was plenty of room with very comfortable furniture, a tv in every bedroom plus a tv in the living room. The refrigerator had filtered water which was an added bonus since we had to fill several water bottles everyday. Parking in the back made it easy to unload everything without having to do steps. Both patios provided a nice area outside to relax and enjoy the weather. We stayed 5 nights...

« The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....
