« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« The made a nonrefundable CHARGE (not deposit) for the second room key, despite there were two adults staying in the room. Outrageous. The staff were all polite and I noted that they were following an unconscionable policy that would mean that I would not return unless notified that this policy had been amended. « Staff was rude and frustrated because she was working by herself and it was a long line And rooms were not smelling clean ,sheets didn’t feel like that crisp clean feel it felt like sticky sheets… tv had one battery remote..sit was put all the way on 60 degrees and it still did not get cold ..overall 0 out of ten..I don’t recommend!! »
