« The hotel is undergoing a rennovation. Dust everywhere. The staff is not properly trained to navigate the situation in the hotel. Our room had a leak in the ceiling that was dripping onto the carpet, a refrigerator that did not work, linens that did not match-each bed was different, baseball trading cards in the bag that housed the dryer, and staff at the front desk who were not trained to handle these situations when approached by them. Would not stay here again until the rennovation is...

« Breakfast, staff and parking were all fine. The room was not what we expected. It was not particularly clean; the bathroom tiles were loose, the toilet has black substance around the rim of the bowl. The bedframe had dirt and debris in it. The carpet in the elevators was stained and torn. The room we were given was a handicap room even though we did not make that request or need it. »

« This is the only hotel in mount vernon so you don't have another option if you want to be near cornell college campus. A couple of things to point out are....they do not have any gf breakfast options other then scrambeled eggs and those are not always good,so plan ahead. The rooms are not always really clean,as mine didnt look like it had been vacuumed during my very recent stay. The on-site washer and dryer are old and do not run efficiently. The staff are always pleasant however. »
