« Cute and cozy cottage in a great location, home had everything we needed. Very easy walk to restaurants and entire downtown boothbay harbor. Dog friendly home, and very dog friendly town! We enjoyed local trails and drinks on the water. No complaints! »

« We had a great stay! Easy to check in. Easy to communicate with the host. House had every thing we needed. Wifi available, TV available. House very comfortable. Air conditioning available as well , though I doubt it’s usually needed. We were there for a hot weekend. Great location. Easy to get to from the ferry. quick drive to the local store/market ( we actually walked as well) . House is as pictured. »

« This is a spectacular property overlooking the tidal Benjamin River, seen through the huge windows in the livingroom as well as from a nice outdoor deck, patios and expansive lawn with Adirondack chairs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very convenient to get to Deer Isle, Blue Hill and all the other nearby towns. Highly recommended! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone considering coming to Bailey Island. There were ten in our family from age 4 to 72 and everyone loved the house and all the amenities it provided. The wonderful furnishings are warm and comfortable and the house has so much space to spread out yet the living and dining area is large enough everyone could be together when we wanted to. And if you love to cook, you are really going to love the kitchen. We did use it but also...

« Friendly Cottage was beyond amazing for my week long getaway with my 2 daughters. The location and views can’t be beat and the house was perfectly laid out and equipped with everything we needed. We lucked out with incredible weather so found ourselves on the beach almost every morning and evening. We can’t wait to come back! »

The location is perfect...close to the town, beaches, and trails, but also quietly secluded for that perfect peaceful getaway. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable.
