« Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. « Great neighborhood location.
Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower.
Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins.
Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away.
Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.)
