« Very good hotel in downtown Urbana. Well located to shops and bars. »

« Room was clean and staff very accommodating for fresh towels or anything we needed. The only downfall we had was no automatic doors for access at the entrance to hotel in a wheelchair. Made it a little diffucult. »

« The staff was great. We were worried staying at a pet-friendly hotel, but the property and our room looked and smelled fresh and clean. My only complaint is that the beds were too firm for my taste. »

« Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . »
