« Checked in at 8:15 pm-ish They gave us (my wife and I) a room where tub drain was backed up so we couldn’t shower. Switched our room and we were late for our dinner. « Lobby seemed fine. Elevator was dirty. Temp outside was 100 degrees. We get off the elevator and no ac in the hallways. We open our room and the ac was off. Took over two hours to cool down the room. We had just spent 9 hours riding a motorcycle in 100 degree heat, so entering a room with the ac off was not welcoming. We had two rooms and it was the same situation in both rooms. Curtains were torn, window screen was torn, bed skirt was ripped up, carpet looked very dirty, breakfast was average...

« Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had to speak with someone on a kiosk when we checked in and pay using the same kiosk which was unusual to me. They want to scan your ID and credit card on the kiosk when checking in. Maybe this method is becoming more common, but I didn't care for it. I had rather deal face to face with a person on the property. »
