« The pool was enjoyable, but the hot tub was out of order. The pool area has a window to order from the bar.
Breakfast was very bare minimum.
There was no daily room cleaning.
The staff at the front desk was friendly. »

« Getting to the hotel late I just wanted to sleep.
The room was extremely cold.
Literally went to bed in my clothes and coat. Took two hours to warm up on high. Not restful. Not courteous.
Didnât have the energy to fight for a reasonable room.
They always ask how the stay was when you check out.
Told her. She could have cared less.
