Hotels nahe Cerro de Punta (Jayuya)

„The room is spacious and comfortable, but the hotel facilities are in urgent need of updates and renovations. The basketball court, swimming pool, and chairs all need significant improvements, including repairs and fresh paint. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was very no variety, and the same food was served every day. The hotel should offer more options, such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and other breakfast choices. The scrambled eggs were also ...

Insgesamt ...

„Nice Hotel and beautiful rooms. “

„Unfortunately my room had the smell of mold, in a way that you thought you are in a earthy and wet underground cave. Breathing was an issue there, so if you have problems with sleeping in a room without windows and a vent, you should not book this place. The vent in the bathroom was broken and was leaking water onto the toilet. This way, you got wet when using it. Furthermore, the room was extremly dirty, with a white poudery substance on the floor. On top, the music of the arcade was so loud ...

„We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. “

„It needs an update and a better mattress.“

„Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host. 1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold. 2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it. 3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. We included photos as evidence. 4. The ...

„it was OK however just a little stairs to go up three floors was so narrow, and the TV was in top of the stove. It was just not professionally done really just trying to make a quick buck.“
