Has a beautiful view, it was clean and nice when we arrived. We had to contact property management several times over check-in, then the freezer, which was hard to open and keep closed. Food thawed out day one, so had to fight it daily. We were missing linens and pillowcases for the pull out, which is dated so we used the couch with blankets. It’s listed, starter packs only for things like toilet paper soap etc. Be ready to buy everything from paper to plastic, dish soap, etc., Games if weather turns. The check in process isn’t the best. For VRBO, we’ve had the best experience when the host/owner is directly involved with their rentals and the guests. This unit uses property management for the most part. The condo is in a nice location. It’s loud on weekends, and while it’s posted in the description, just be aware that some live music was ok, and some may not be suitable for families with children due to the profanity used. While the area posted a noise ordinance for the property, the beach and bar will stay loud until after 2 am. We rented beach equipment from VAYK Life, promoted by property management. Equipment appeared ok, but storage unit for the property was dirty with other beach stuff thrown everywhere on the floor. Clean that thing up!Cost is location and a pretty unit. We’ve stayed at several superhost listed properties. This property needs more personal touches associated with a great superhost. Add more consumables/useables for the cost. :)
