  • Experience serenity and luxury in a newly constructed lowcountry cottage suite. Prime location; 3 miles from the ocean front, Folly Beach, Charleston and only 8 miles to Historic Downtown Charleston. Relax in a brand new suite which features a classic cast iron clawfoot tub, a double head shower, a king size bed, 12 foot ceilings, a kitchenette, TV, it's own private entrance and driveway. The home is located near the Fort Lamar Heritage Preserve. Experience the Lowcountry now!

    The suite is connected to the backside of the home with its own driveway and entrance. You'll stay in a private, large bedroom with high ceilings, a beautiful ceiling fan with a mini split heating and air-conditioning unit so you can set the thermostat to your liking. There is a sliding barn door separating the bathroom with duel sinks a walk in shower, a toilet room and a walk in shower. The kitchenette has a microwave, sink, mini fridge, coffee maker with complementary coffee.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bathroom was especially nice, and the helpful binder provided by the hosts was clear, organized, and made everything easy to understand. We really enjoyed our time in Folly Beach and Charleston, and this was a great place to come back to after each day. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and clean property. Property was in a good location. Had enough space and everything needed for the two of us. Highly recommend. Positives: AC, Water Pressure. Shower,Nice linens and towels,driveway,parking , porch (separate entrance,) and thoughtful layout of apartment and appointments.

A magical experience! The space is lovely. The bathtub: divine. The mimosa trees were blooming (mid-June); the lush nature surrounding this oasis is heavenly. Couldn’t ask for more when looking for a peaceful, clean, cozy, haven near the beach. Very grateful we chose this cottage and will hopefully return in the future.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this property. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Some small details that I liked specifically were the silent AC unit, kitchen linens of natural fiber, lots of natural light in the bedroom/sitting room, and gentle fragrance of the bath towels. The owner kept in touch during check-in for questions or needs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Lots of shopping and restaurants in close proximity. I would stay here again.

The location was excellent and decor lovely - but would give a 5 star rating if the following was improved upon- Driveway blind spot with overgrown shrubbery / very limited dishes and utensils and no kitchen towel/drying mat / no plastic wrap / chairs a little uncomfortable/ floor entryway rug was a trip hazard / but hosts very pleasant with good communication.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was great! The hosts were very nice, the place itself was beautiful and very comfortable, and its location was great! We were about 7 minutes from Folly Beach and about 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. I would definitely stay here again!
