This second-floor apartment is one of six total units developed in a charming Charleston property with a large rear parking lot. Guests are given personal keypad codes to come and go as they please, with the utmost privacy and safety in mind. Your hosts, Zack and Jaime, are available 24/7 and can be at the property within minutes to help with anything guests should need.

The Cannonbourough-Elliotborough neighborhood is among the most sought-after locations in downtown Charleston for travelers, due to its proximity to shopping, nightlife, the historic district, and the best restaurants in town.

Getting around Charleston is a breeze whether it be by foot, by car, Uber/Lyft or CARTA, the free downtown bus service.

The pool can be heated and chilled year-round, but these are both weather dependent. When the temperature drops below 60 degrees, our pool heater will not be able to keep up with the outside cold air. Please let us know ahead of time if you’d like us to heat the pool for you. We do our best to ensure the pool is always clean. To achieve this, the pool will be cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays, in the afternoons between 1pm and 6pm.
