Welcome to Spring Sanctuary, a newly renovated, private Charleston home featuring four king suites, five full bathrooms, and a backyard saltwater pool. Located in Cannonborough–Elliotborough, it's an inviting retreat for families, friends, and couples traveling together.



Spring Sanctuary brings together thoughtful design, elevated comfort, and a healthier approach to hospitality - where beauty, well-being, and the details you don't always see come together to create a truly welcoming stay.



The Space:

A classic Charleston single, renovated in June 2026, with the entire home and outdoor spaces exclusively yours to enjoy.



FOUR KING SUITES & FIVE FULL BATHROOMS

Each of the four king suites includes a private ensuite bathroom and access to a porch or piazza.



Every bed features a premium organic mattress, luxurious organic linens, and a selection of organic pillows for personalized comfort. All five full bathrooms are stocked with plush organic towels and premium Routine bath products, and one includes a bathtub.



KITCHEN & LOUNGE:

The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfy living spaces were designed to bring people together. Whether you're preparing breakfast before a day in Charleston or sharing dinner with family and friends, you'll find everything you need to feel right at home.



LIVING & OUTDOOR SPACES

The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and inviting living space make it easy to enjoy time together, whether you're starting the morning with coffee or spending the evening in after exploring Charleston.



Outside, enjoy your own backyard retreat with a private saltwater pool, loungers, pool floats, and towels provided.



Please note: The pool is not heated.

Michelin-recognized restaurants, neighborhood coffee shops, and Upper King Street are all within walking distance. Easy access off the peninsula also makes it convenient to explore Charleston's beaches and surrounding areas.



PARKING

The private driveway accommodates two vehicles parked in tandem.



GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, backyard, and private pool. Contactless check-in is available with a personalized keyless entry code provided before arrival.



This is unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2026-07364 and Business License # BL046887-05-2026.



Guest Access:

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest’s stay will be provided the day before your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.



Guests can enjoy full access to the unit and all its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Charleston’s Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, the home sits in a lively downtown area known for its mix of residential streets, local restaurants, coffee shops, and proximity to King Street. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with many of Charleston’s popular dining, shopping, and nightlife options just a short distance away. Because of its central location near busy entertainment areas, guests can expect an active energetic environment, especially during evenings and weekends.

Charleston is a very walkable city, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:

Other Things to Note:

✹ POOL: Use of the pool and poolside areas is at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times.



✹ No pets. A $150 per-pet fee applies if pets or pet evidence are found.



✹ Smoke-free property. A $300 fee applies for indoor smoke evidence. Please smoke at least 10 feet from the building.



✹ Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM per the local noise ordinance. This is a vibrant, walkable neighborhood, so some city and neighboring-unit noise is normal.



✹ Parking: We can’t be responsible for vehicles parked outside designated areas.



✹ If something isn’t right, please call our 24/7 Guest Services Line during your stay so we can fix it.



✹ Hurricane policy: You’ll receive a full refund if the Governor issues a Mandatory Evacuation Order for our county during your stay. Otherwise your reservation’s cancellation policy applies. Travel insurance is recommended.



✔ By booking, you agree to our Rental Agreement, available on our company website, which includes our refund, damage and liability terms.
