Each home offers its own private porch, while convenient on-site parking makes your stay effortless from arrival to departure.

Arbor Spring Court features three single family homes: The Grand Oak, The Hawthorn House, and The Bower House. All residences showcase upscale craftsmanship throughout, including coffered ceilings, natural hardwood floors, and curated furnishings. While the finishes are consistent, each unit features a unique layout and bedroom configuration designed for comfort and flexibility. Each home is two stories and is outfitted with high speed wi-fi, smart TVS, and in-unit washer and dryers in each home, allowing guests to enjoy all the comforts of home throughout their stay. Flexible check-in and check-out options are available whenever scheduling allows.

All three residences feature:
Spacious Accommodations: Sleeps up to 10 guests with 3 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom.
The living rooms have a queen sofa sleeper, but they are not in a bedroom. The pull out sofas offer additional space for larger families to spread out.
Designer Interiors: Thoughtfully styled with brand-new, high-end furnishings, luxury linens, and modern finishes.
Classic Charleston Porches: Expansive outdoor spaces ideal for sipping your morning coffee or toasting an evening cocktail.
Convenience: Off-street parking is available for six vehicles across three private driveways, a valuable convenience in downtown Charleston. Additional parking is available in a private parking lot at the end of the court.
