Amazing property that looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Host was very helpful and quick to reply to any problems we had. I would probably give 4.5 stars if that was an option just due to some minor inconveniences that we experienced while we were there - the security alarm going off, the jacuzzi tub started randomly turning on in the middle of the night and we had to go outside to get the key for the breakers and deal with all that at 430 am, the “karaoke machine” was just a speaker with no microphones, and several of the pickleball paddles were broken (we left behind 4 new ones). Overall, great stay and we would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful property! Perfect for teenagers! They loved swimming & paddle boarding to the island. When it rained , they had indoor basketball. So many games too! Would go again!

Amazing relaxing retreat with breathtaking views

Came back here a second time for a midweek stay, the lake views were jaw dropping, property was spotless and the owner was easy to communicate with before and during my stay. Garage with pickleball court and basketball court was a huge hit with my wife and kids! Hot tub was a pleasure. We were lucky enough to spot a couple families of deer crossing to and from the island out front. Highly recommend this home! Great place to relax and get away.

Father’s Day Stay

Where should I begin… this was a surprise for a Father’s Day gift for my husband. I was so excited to surprise him to take him to the nascar cocoa cola 500 race and rent a house on lake Norman with a boat. It was something he has always wanted to do. It was the first weekend we had to travel across the country to vacation with our family. Let me add in this was a graduation gift for our daughter as well. We could not wait to check in. Upon arrival we entered the home and it had an odd smell. I assumed it just had not been occupied. As I walked around the home I found food all over the counter and got nervous as I was there with my children and started to think someone was in the house. My husband checked the house to make sure no one was there. There was crumbs all over the counter and food left along with the floor being filthy. As I continued there was urine on the toilets and pubic hairs on the toilets. Then the bathroom sinks had hair all over the counter. I started questioning did someone stay here and they forget to clean. The counters where filthy with stains all over and it was honesty disgusting. The furniture had stains. Upon reaching out to the property manager he stated that sometimes people stay there that are not supposed to who do work. They where weird about it and I asked them to come out. The cleaning crew came out she cleaned all the crumbs that was all over the counter and floors but didn’t change the sheets because those all had hairs in them so terrible

Great spot for a family and friend get together

Easy process from start to finish. Great communication...especially around the house systems (sound, lights, etc.) Property is in super condition and has everything you could need for your visit. The kitchen is amazing! We spent lots of time in the pool, swimming in the lake and using the boat. Highly recommended property and management.

Fantastic Family Week

We were celebrating my mom’s 85th birthday and this house had something for everyone. The owners have thought of everything and were so responsive when we had questions. The house is flawless in decor and functionality! Kitchen is huge and perfect when there are many chefs making a meal. The pool and hot tub with the view of the lake was where we spent a lot of time. Rent the boat—so much fun! Would definitely go back to this house!!!

Best family vacation home on lake norman

Our vacation here was perfect, our family had a group of 12 with both kids and adults and the sleeping arrangements worked well for us. Our kids loved the bunks in the game room. The showers were always hot and we loved the heated bidet toilet seats. The kids and some of us adults had a blast in the gymnasium. We played basketball, pickleball and hockey. It was really cool, my kids can't stop raving about that space. The black lights and lasers make glow in the dark dodgeball so much fun. The pool was also sparkling and we loved the rope swing on the dock and used the paddleboards. Brian was a super responsive host and seems to be available at all times, can't wait to come back here again.

Overall a success

Despite a few hiccups and the need to be proficient on the IPad and tech savy-- we enjoyed our stay. The owner is TERRIFIC in responding to your questions, and was great to work with. The view of the lake is great and all furnishings and beds are comfortable. We all enjoyed pickleball in the garage. We had Captain Will from Set-n-Hook for a charter. This is a MUST if you like fishing. We had a blast and caught a lot of big fish. And- go to Epic Chophouse in Mooresville. A delicious restaurant. A few minor issues-- we could not get the blackstone grill to heat properly both times we tried, and the hot water to showers is short. We enjoyed the beauty of the house and the area.

The property was amazing! This home has all the amenties you could as for and more! No detail was left out! Location was perfect- very quiet! The kids had a blast taking the kayaks and paddleboards over to the island. Bryan was very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question! You will not be disappointed in staying here!!

Best decision you’ll ever make

I’m not sure I want to write how absolutely perfect this home is. We want it to be available again!!!! We will be back every year we can. This is truly a beautiful home. Outstanding home for a family getaway

We absolutely loved our time on Lake Norman. This house was a perfect place to spend time with family and friends. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly want.
