• Parking: The home has a two-car garage, but one side is currently being used for storage. Only one car can be parked inside. Additional vehicles should be parked in the driveway.
• TV & Entertainment: The TV does not include cable or local channels. It is a Smart TV, so you’re welcome to log in with your own streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Disney+).
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Community Pool: The swimming pool is closed due to the season.
• Outdoor Grill: Please note that the outdoor grill is currently out of order and unavailable for use.
