Our home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully stacked kitchen, a spacious living area,
3 amazing spaces to lay your head. 1 queen bed 2 king beds and a comfortable sofa and air mattress. awaits you for your stay.
Each room has a smart tv so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires.

The house has 3 full baths, one each floor- two of the full bath off the hallways with a shower/ tub combo and one off the master bedroom. a walk in shower . We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier.

on the 2nd floor balcony we have a outdoor seating area a fire pit and a gas grill to help fill your appetite.

In the backyard more comfortable seating area
a luxurious hot tub, where you can soak away your stress and worries and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience!

Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip.

Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles.
Free street parking is also available.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

Guest access
You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a closet near the entrance that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us.

Other things to note
Early check-in fee: $40 (up to 2 hours before 4pm based on availability)

Late check-out fee: $40 (up to 2 hours after 11am based on availability)


Pet fee is $25/stay, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.

No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation.

NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. We don't want to see blue lights as much you don't want to.... just don't do it!!

*The propane tank for the gas grill and fire pit is provided however if they are empty please me know and kindly go to the nearest store to exchange for a new one and I'll reimburse for it.

Parking - Please park on the driveway or side of the road without blocking our neighbor's driveways.

Quiet Hours: Charlotte has a 11pm noise ordinance that begins at that time. We love our neighborhood and community... we still want to be invited to things-- don't ruin it for us. Please be respectful of working neighbors with noise, language, music, pets, and children.
