Dies ist ein brandneues Haus im aufstrebenden North End Park Resort. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts wünschen könnten, darunter Flachbildfernseher, Billardtisch und 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 und 1/2 Bädern. Ein großzügiger offener Grundriss begrüßt Sie die Treppe hinunter mit Marmorplatten, Edelstahlgeräten und einem Gasherd.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett sowie ein komplettes Hauptbad mit allen Funktionen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das dritte verfügt über zwei Queensize-Etagenbetten.

Wir haben uns zum Ziel gesetzt, unser Haus mit einem hohen Standard auszustatten und Ihre Bedürfnisse zu antizipieren, indem wir Ihnen alles bieten, was Sie für einen luxuriösen Aufenthalt benötigen. We stayed here for the weeekend we had a great time enjoyed the entire stay! Very clean, on time communication etc. Will definitely be booking again! The neighbors were very nice & we didn’t have a single issue ! Owner replied within an hour or so ! Highly recommend 10/10!

Upon arrival the property was not clean, floors mainly. It did look like they hired someone that was not qualified to do any paint work, walls were half way done just really slopy. Toilet paper holder broken, lights out in the master and outside flood light. But this is nothing to the safety concerns of this property location. We herd shootings nightly. One night we could not come into the neighborhood street due to about ten cops blocking it and police helicopter over the one block neighborhood we stayed in, the were looking for someone that shot a police officer and someone else. Then another night set of 10 cops were in front of our driveway along with ambulance someone was shot and looked like was bleeding out in front of our driveway. This was not at all disclosed in the reviews that is conner that has a real high crime rate. We were there on business and corporate office was close, that is why we choose this location. Was not worth not being able to sleep because constantly thinking someone would breaking in and cause harm.

The property was as advertised. We like the cleanliness of the property and the amenities it offered. But the location of the property is in a questionable part of Charlotte. Just around the corner were transients and homeless people with an encampment just a block away. They didn’t bother us but just didn’t want to be out and about outside at the property at night because of that. I also had issues with communication with the property management for question that I had as well.

Pics are great but house was very poorly made. Neighborhood didn’t feel safe/comfortable. People begging - cars coming and going at all hours- unattended kids & dog a few doors down. House smelled terrible of stale beer and smoke like we arrived just after a frat party ended and the febreeze didn’t quite mask the odor. Would not recommend!

The property was perfect for three couples. We could all gather together comfortably downstairs in the open floor plan for the living room, pool table, and kitchen area. We were disappointed in the cleanliness. There were cobwebs in the downstairs restroom and there were two dirty bath cloths left in the upstairs hall bath.

nice place everything was as it should be, lived up to expectations, except for air conditioning was on smart thermostat and would not let you override daytime setting which would make the unit too hot during the day and take hours to cool down to desired temp towards evening time.

Turned out to be a nice stay. No major complaints to speak of. The unit was well furnished very clean and comfortable. Communication with property manager was easy and very responsive. Would stay again for sure.

I had my launch party and this was the perfect place ! Throughout the entire booking process up until we checked out the communication was amazing ! You can tell they take price in their home from the way it was cleaned to the towels neatly arranged on the bed the upkeep and all . Definitely worth every penny

The house was very clean. There was even a bottle of wine left for us. There was some construction going on, so the views/sounds weren't as nice as I had hoped, but I imagine once that is finished, it will be even better. Overall, a really good experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

The place was new and clean. It was well stocked with travel toiletries and a nice coffee station with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. Right across the street is a park to play sports. You are right by some fast food places which is very convenient.

The location of this home was close to the venues we visited. The home was spacious and clean. The rooms are all upstairs. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but overall we felt safe.

The house was great, in a central location so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Unfortunately, the cleaning company employee assigned to clean the home left without finishing the house & without communicating with not only the homeowners but their employer as well. This was rectified and taken care of in a satisfactory way.

This will be my forever vacation home whenever my fiancé and I visit Charlotte. The home is so beautiful and modern! It was clean & stocked with toiletries. You will sleep very well in this home, as the beds were very comfortable and outside sound was to a minimum! Paul was very kind & was a phone call away! If you’re looking for an area that is close to shoppes , attractions or restaurants this is it. Everything was at least 15 minutes away from the location. This home will not break your pockets if you’re looking for something classy, yet affordable!
