„Visited LA with my bandmates to record music in Van Nuys, we also had two dogs with us. Behrouz is extremely communicable, very accommodating, and very friendly. We were there for a month. Initially we were taken back by the ADU, but we never saw anyone else the whole time we were there and everything felt completely private. The backyard pool and hot tub are well kept and an amazing addition to the property. We would absolutely stay here again. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a planet ...
