The Tennessee Riverwalk is directly across the street, making it easy to explore Chattanooga's riverfront on foot.

Bluff View Art District and Walnut Street Bridge are approximately a 15-minute walk away. UTC is approximately 15–20 minutes away, while the Tennessee Aquarium and downtown riverfront are approximately a 20-minute walk.

Enjoy nearby coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, the Hunter Museum of American Art, and other downtown attractions.

One free on-site parking space is included for one vehicle. Additional vehicles must use available public parking off-site. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the downtown area.

**Guest Access & Check-In**

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, living room, separate TV lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and in-unit laundry.

The housekeeping closet in the TV lounge is reserved for staff and is not available for guest use. Please access only your reserved apartment and designated guest areas, respecting the privacy of neighboring residents and guests.

Check-in begins at 4 PM. Early check-in is generally unavailable due to cleaning and preparation requirements and must be approved by management in writing.

Your unique access code activates at your scheduled arrival time. Guests, luggage, and personal belongings may not enter the apartment before the approved check-in time.

**Good to Know Before Booking**

- The apartment is on the ground floor, with a few steps leading to the front entrance.
- The property is part of a historic multi-unit building with another apartment upstairs. Occasional footsteps and neighboring-unit sounds may be heard due to the building's original hardwood floors. White noise machines are provided.
- Some traffic and city noise may be heard from the nearby roadway.
- The property offers Tennessee River views but does not have direct river access.
- The apartment accommodates a maximum of four registered guests.
- Visitors not included in the reservation require prior written approval from management.
- Parties, events, gatherings, smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.

**Host Availability**

Your host is available through the booking platform's messaging system between 8 AM and 9 PM. After-hours messaging is reserved for emergencies. The host is not available in person.

**Cancellations & Reservation Changes**

Cancellations, refunds, and reservation changes are governed by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking and applicable platform policies. Once the applicable cancellation period has ended, refunds or date changes are not permitted except where required by platform policies or applicable law.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect against unexpected illness, weather, travel disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
