Lulham offers large groups ample space with generously sized reception rooms complete with multiple seating options, modern bedrooms with numerous ensuites and a stylish open plan kitchen with direct garden access. This property is ideal for groups of all ages whether you are looking to explore the local area, relax in the large garden or enjoy a game of table football!

The Finer Details
The maximum occupancy for this property is 12 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 10. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are non feathered)
Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars
6kW Type 2 electric vehicle charging point available on request for £35 per car per stay (please bring charging lead)
1 highchair is available at the property. Travel cots are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them

Please note that Lulham is best suited to peaceful, family-style stays. Please take consideration whilst booking as the property is not appropriate for parties, hen or stag groups, or events of any kind
Events are not permitted without prior consent
Either a Security Deposit or payment of an Accidental Damage Waiver is required at this property
Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
A BBQ is not provided, however guests are welcome to bring their own or use a disposable one (guests are responsible for safely disposing of the remnants)
Please note that there are 4 external CCTV cameras, these are purely used for security purposes and will not infringe on guest privacy
Please do not gather outside after 10pm and ensure that any music is not audible outside the property after 10pm (i.e. if dining in the garden, please move inside and shut the doors)
To stay on top of this without being intrusive, a noise monitoring system is installed outside the property. This system raises alerts, initially to the Lead Booker and then to a Responder. If a Responder attends the property, a charge will be levied, and guests may be asked to leave
