« This house was phenomenal and I highly recommend a stay here. The location was relaxing and peaceful, they have trails for short hikes around their property which is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and farmland. The house itself had everything we needed and even some surprises like fresh bread, butter and homemade jam and a fridge/freezer stocked w items from their farm. It was perfect for our day trip on the Potomac Eagle railway. Thank you, Laura! »

« My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at this lovely little cottage in Harpers Ferry! We had zero issues with our check-in as it was all virtual and our door code was provided the night before our arrival. We enjoyed the incredibly comfortable king-sized bed and two full bathes for showering at the end of the day. The kitchen had plenty of appliances for brewing coffee/tea and an assortment of pots, pans, and spices for cooking! The spiral stairs could be challenging for those with mobility...

« We were riding the C&O the owners let us know about a crossing issue and gave us a contact to solve that. On our ride we had some bike troubles. The owners again came to our rescue with a contact for a contact!!! The little carriage room was just perfect. »

« The home was very clean and just as pictured. Temperatures went down to 39 degrees so it was a little cold, but we packed warm clothes. Beds were very comfortable. Found a package of firewood at 7-11 that burned great for the firepit! Really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return! »

« I stayed here with four girlfriends (we’re all in our 40’s) for a girls weekend. We didn’t leave the house other than to go to lunch at the Lake Club one day. The house was SO clean and so comfortable. It was really well stocked, too. We spent most of our time in the screened in porch, loving being immersed in the nature around the property. "La chambre a Ă©tĂ© bien nettoyĂ©e un jour sur deux. Les dames de chambre ont malencontreusement emportĂ© deux pyjamas et une Ă©charpe avec le linge, l’hĂŽtel a Ă©tĂ© capable de nous retrouver un pyjama seulement. Nous avons rĂ©clamĂ© tous les jours sur notre sĂ©jour de six jours. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiquĂ© que nous devions faire une dĂ©claration Ă  la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! Et autre problĂšme : Un matin, l’eau de la salle de bain Ă©tait marron pendant 30 minutes. L’hĂŽtel a indiquĂ© que l’eau Ă©tait coupĂ©e la nuit, donc c’est normal."
