„Top-Hotel in optimaler Lage, moderne sehr geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber, engagiertes und freundliches Personal.“

„Alles 1 a“

„Perfect hotel for a city trip. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. “

„Die Zimmer “

„We had an outstanding experience. The service was excellent. Parking was a pleasure. We really liked the Restaurant Terrace 16. We had a big suite on the second highest hotel room floor and the view was breathtaking. We will definitely come back to this hotel.“

„Geschäfte in der Nähe “

„Very well located, walking distance to Art Museum, CTA trains around the corner, clean and big rooms. Receptionists seemed to be very stressed and overchallenged. Very small breakfast choice. Overall a very good and recommendable hotel for a weekend trip. “

„Nice Place to be.“

„Very nice staff and in the best location, to explore chicago by foot. But you should be aware, that the rooms are pretty small.“

„Gescheites Hotel im Bar- und Restaurantviertel. Laute Straßenkreuzung ( Earplugs nicht vergessen) Manko: Roomservice wurde nie automatisch durchgeführt und musste immer angemahnt werden. Nervig! Auch Kaffee-Refill habe es nur auf Anfrage - und dann auch erst nach der 3.Nachfrage….“

„Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal“
