The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and appliances, and the private bathroom is clean and well maintained. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable, helping you rest and recharge after a long day.

Guest Access:

The space is exclusively yours and not shared with anyone else. All amenities inside the unit are available for your use, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.

There is NO designated parking spot in the property. Limited street parking is available.



For your reference, our property follows a seasonal schedule for indoor temperature control. We use the cooling system during the warmer part of the year and switch to heating during the colder months.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood has a welcoming, relaxed vibe with plenty to enjoy nearby. Grab breakfast at Emma’s Bagel Café, take a stroll or let off some energy at Gross Point Park or Emerson Park, or lace up your skates at the Skatium Ice Arena. Orchard Plaza is just around the corner for shopping, dining, and everyday essentials, making everything you need easy to reach.



Getting Around:

Several transit options are nearby. The Gross Point & Church bus stop is just a 1-minute walk, while Skokie Blvd & Church and Bronx & Davis stops are about 4 minutes away. The Dempster-Skokie station is roughly a 16-minute walk. Ride-sharing services are also readily available in the area.

Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred damage protection option.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
