Great location made it easy to get to and from. Very spacious and cozy place with nice amenities. The place seemed very clean, except for the bathrooms, which had some soiled spots on the sink, toilet and floor by the toilet. Being right next to the train hub where at least 3 different train lines are pulling in every few seconds made it hard to sleep, watch tv and even have a conversation.

Everything we could have wanted and more

This was one of the best stays of my lifetime. The property was beautiful, well maintained, exactly as pictured, and incredibly clean. The beds were comfortable, the views were amazing, and the amenities were out of this world. To top that, the property owner was quick to respond, very helpful, and the light every detail through. To our surprise, the refrigerator was even stocked with fresh organic basics for us. We were absolutely delighted with this property and owner, and look forward to planning our next Chicago trip here.

Can’t say enough great things about this apartment! We would definitely stay here again. LOVE LOVE LOVE!LOCATION: The location is FANTASTIC! We walked to the Opera House for the Nutcracker, as well as the Christkindl market, train stop right around the corner, the river is close by and easy to walk to, but not in the middle of all the tourists, which was a bonus.The apartment is in the Loop and so it is understandably not the quietest place in the city. We used the provided earplugs and eye masks and slept great. It was not a deal breaker. APARTMENT: 2 beds and 3 showers/1 bath in two baths. The view is terrific. 27th floor and although it doesn’t face anything particular, there’s a parking structure below that basically keeps the taller buildings at bay so you are not looking into other people’s apartments. Floor to ceiling windows throughout. Great closets! Setup is that the 2 beds are on opposite sides of the living space, which is great. The living area and kitchen are well stocked and very comfortable. We appreciated the lovely surprise of a fridge stocked with grocery essentials so we were able to make breakfast a couple times. Really very thoughtful. Everything was super clean. No complaints.BUILDING:Easy checkin and checkout with lobby staff. We did not explore the building’s many amenities because we were either super cozy in the apartment or out in the city. Next time! COMMUNICATION:Simple and effective via the VRBO app.
