« Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! We paddle boarded on the Suwannee river and swam in it! Loved Hart Springs, too. Walked up and down the dirt road with our dog. Made arts and crafts on the front porch. Cooked meals together. Ate together. Laughed. Relaxed! Some recommendations- We brought our own water filter as the water there smells like sulfur! Highly recommend you do, too! The grill did not seem to work- the temperature gauge is out. So we grilled over the fire we made in the barrel....

« We have stayed at this cabin twice now and it’s been extremely pleasant each time. The cabin is always clean with everything always working. Dealing with the property manager is fantastic because they are quick to respond and work to ensure your needs are met.The property is close enough to have food delivered as well as Walmart! Internet is fast and the location is off the main road so you are tucked away into the woods, but within a 4 min drive to a major highway and 10 mins from Chiefland. »

« Fantastic cabin for our weekend stay. Everyone loved the dock and kayaks. We spent mornings and evenings on the dock fishing, catching gar, catfish, and bowfin. We explored the river on the kayaks which were in great condition. The cabin had all the necessities we needed and was comfortable for our family of four. The host was also super accomodating. Definitely recommend. »

The canoe experience was definitely a highlight—we really enjoyed paddling down the river and taking in the peaceful nature around us. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The directions provided through Expedia were inaccurate, and Google Maps led us to the wrong place entirely, which made getting there quite frustrating.
