The whole home is yours, thoroughly cleaned and fully prepared, with high-speed internet throughout.

Good to know
🔔 City sounds — we`re in a lively urban spot near roads and intersections, so expect traffic, passers-by and the occasional siren. Closed windows help; light sleepers may want earplugs.
🕒 Early check-in (up to 2 hrs) or late check-out (up to 1 hr), subject to availability — $15/hour, covering express cleaning. Just ask ahead.
🚫 No food in bedrooms — please eat in the dining/lounge area.
🚫 No shoes inside.
🧼 The cleaning fee covers a general clean plus fresh linen and towels. Any deep cleaning needed to restore the original condition is $60 per hour.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests and our neighbours, please follow these house rules:

1. Noise: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

2. Parties & Gatherings: Parties and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

3. ⁠Smoking & Recreational Drugs: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The use of recreational drugs is also prohibited on the property. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by smoking will incur a $200 fee.

4. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

5. Cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

6. Damage, Spills & Stains: Please report any damage, spills or stains as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repair or replacement.
