While the displayed check-out time is 9:00 AM, you are welcome to check out at 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, due to Airbnb limitations, we are unable to set 9:30 AM as the official check-out time.



Parking Information



Guests have several parking options available:

Private driveway: You may park through the gates from Dawson Street, in the driveway or directly outside the front door.

Outside the gates on Dawson Street: Larger vehicles may find it easier to park directly outside the gates, as the entrance can be a little tight.

Chester Street East: Street parking is available in any space that is not marked as a residents’ permit space.



Important: Please do not park in the residents’ permit parking space outside 139/141 Chester Street East. This space is reserved for the neighbouring resident/owner only, and unauthorised vehicles may be reported to the council or towed.



If you are unsure whether a street space is permit-only, please use the driveway or Dawson Street parking instead.
