« Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a stay after a relative was in Grandview icu. I had a severely broken foot at the time as well and was assuming they would be perfect for some relief. No breakfast or access to anything unless you are a platinum gold elite member of their hotel group. »

« Check in was super easy! Was a very nice staff on night & morning. We didn’t have enough towels in our room but were able to get some quickly. The only downfall was that there was multiple stains on the bedding and couch. The pull out bed had a lot of stains as well. There was also hair in the bathtub. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Room was cold. Food was yummy and so was the coffee. »

« All of my problems were Housekeeping problems. They include: only 1 tissue in box in bathroom / no light bulb in light next to one bed / clock did not work / sink in bathroom would not drain / kept call service number with no one answering it / tried to talk with maid who seemingly did speak english / the way that one shower door was fixed, you had to lean in to tirn shower on and got blasted with cold water. »

« The hotel was Wonderful. It is in a perfect location, close to everything. The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and the room was great. The room had a full kitchen! The next time, I will get a room with the sofa. I will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you »

« The property was terribly dated. The mattress cover had some sort of blood stain on the corner. The floors were filthy. I had to clean the bathroom floor due to the stickiness. The washcloth was black from cleaning it. There was no elevator and I was on the third floor. I could not get out of there fast enough. »
