« Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved itâs a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasnât too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. »

« They cancelled my booking without a phone call or anything. So at 8:30 pm I had to go find another hotel. The only thing they offered me was they would call another of their hotels in the area to see if they had a room available. I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia to get my money back. Guess weâll see how that goes. »
