The Belle is located on a secluded brick paved street across from the historic St. Patrick's Church. Although this street does not see a lot of traffic, it’s unbelievably close to all of Cleveland's main attractions!

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the basement. This includes a private driveway and patio area on the side of the house.

Getting Around:

You’re welcome to park in the driveway. If you bring more than 2 cars, we suggest parking on the street (no meters or nightly restrictions).



Uber and Lyft can get you to where you want to go, usually with wait times of less than 5 minutes. The Belle is also very close to RTA (Cleveland’s public transportation) routes. If you’re going somewhere in Cleveland, your best bet is to walk! Our proximity to downtown and the West Side is unbeatable!



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at the house. If guest brings a pet and they leave the house, the pet must be in a cage until they return. To have a pet, it is an additional $85.00 fee, that must be paid before check in.



House is located in a residential neighborhood. Out of respect to neighbors, music and outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.



Smoking is not allowed inside the house along with any evidence of a party. If this is violated it will be accompanied with a minimum of a $500 fine.
