Great location, clean, and well appointed. We had a great time here while in town for a Browns game. Ohio City is a great spot just 10 mins from downtown Cleveland. Phillip was a responsive and gracious host and the apartment met all our needs and was a great place to hang out.

Phillip was an amazing host immediately followed up on anything and everything we needed. the property was super fun and perfect for our family. The neighborhood had lots of phenomenal amenities like libraries, parks, and restaurants and coffee shops. All within walking distance and its general convenience to the rest of the city can’t be beat.

This was a cute apartment stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were unsupervised comfy and the main area was spacious. Check in was super easy. We could walk to the coffee shop and cool food options. There was a parking spot behind the apartment and free street parking on the side streets right next to the apartment.

Stayed at the property for a weekend getaway in Cleveland. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions I had. The location was very convenient for most activities around Cleveland. The beds were comfortable and accommodations were good. Being on a busy street in the city provided some challenges with noise and parking. Neither is the fault of the owner, but it affected our enjoyment. There were some problems with cleanliness but overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Great place to stay if you’re heading to the Cleveland area. It’s well taken care of and just a 5 minute ride to the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field. There is a shared parking spot out back to avoid street parking. It was a little tough to maneuver out of with an SUV so just a heads up. The kids didn’t want to move on to our next stop because they loved the place so much! Phillip was an excellent and helpful host. Would absolutely recommend!

The house is just like the pictures! We brought a family of six with littles. There was also so much to do in this apartment. They had a pool table, ping pong, packman, games, movies and snacks! This host thought of everything. We enjoyed the popcorn and fresh coffee. We arrived on a Monday and didn't realize Cleavland shuts down early, so the snacks were so appreciated! This place has a doughnut shop and sandwich shop that are within the same block, that are delicious. The host even let us stay longer to grab a sandwich for the road. This house doesn't come with a lot of rules and was stocked with everything we could have needed. As a renter who likes to return a house the way I find it, I found the relaxed nature of the host to be so refreshing. The host was very responsive and very kind. I would recommend this apartment to others. For being in the city it seemed safe, and I would bring my family here again.

Perfect stay

We were in Cleveland to watch the Cardinals play the Guardians. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our boys had plenty of things to keep them entertained- pool table, ping pong, video games. Everything we could possibly need was available. We visited the ice cream spot just around the corner each night. Coffee and doughs just a short walk. Would stay here again if we were in town.

Amazing Rental!

My family of 4 stayed in this amazing apartment on our visit to Cleveland and were more than happy with our choice of accommodations. My sons (6&9) absolutely loved playing ping pong and video games during our downtime, and thought the full size bunk beds were the just the best! We had plenty of space to relax as a family, and the kitchen was user-friendly and stocked with the necessities that other rentals sometimes don't have (like a pizza cutter and scissors).The apartment is in a great location, and we never had to drive more than 10 minutes to anything we wanted to do. We visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, West Side Market, a beach on Erie, and a Guardians game. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and enjoyed a few of the restaurants that are only a few steps from your front door! No need to drive!The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Thank you Phillip for a great Cleveland experience!

excellent stay in CLEVLAND

The building itself looks rough on the outside. Many steps to enter the apartment. Everything about this stay was on point. Ultra clean everywhere! Great communication with host. Modern decor, extracurriculars to play for staying inside. Located on the main drag, with easy access to the city. Ubers are readily available. Wonderful coffee and donuts across the street at Goldie's but get there before they sell out; because they will!!! I will definitely stay here again for any trip we need to Cleveland!

I have to admit that at first it was a little scary from the outside, but inside was exactly as advertised. All the rooms were great, the shared spaces were great. The pool table was a bit un level and hard to hit the cue in spots but we had fun. Plenty activities for all, games, internet TV etc. Kitchen well equipped and snacks and coffee provided. There were many places to eat very close and the Market was walkable and amazing. We highly recommend this place.

Nice spot for Cleveland sightseeing

Apartment was nice and clean and well laid out. The pool table is a nice touch and we did like the older feel combined with newer furnishings. The location is close to all of Cleveland's tourist destinations and there is off street parking available. The neighborhood can be a touch loud at night but nothing unbearable. The locks on the doors can be a little tough to engage but do work well. Overall a pleasant experience and a good place to rest your head after seeing the city.

Great Find in a Trendy Area

We were in town for a Graduation and found this upstairs apartment in Ohio City. It was unassuming from the outside but a gem of a find inside. The place has been remodeled and modern. The listing is accurate and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend and even have some meals at home. We had 3 adults and it was more than we even needed. It is close to shopping and dining and has many options in the same block. I would definitely stay here again for a weekend in Cleveland.

Urban Cozy

I recently stayed for a week at the Haven Hideaway while working remotely and visiting family. The apartment was clean with fun furnishings. Even though the apartment was located on a busy street, it was quiet at night, and I enjoyed a good night's sleep on a very comfortable king-sized bed with soft sheets. The apartment's location in Ohio City allowed me to enjoy several tasty restaurants within walking distance. I was able to safely park my car on the street in front of the apartment on the weekends and on a neighboring street during the week. There was also a parking space directly behind the apartment but not being a "city girl" I was hesitant to use it due to having to maneuver along a narrow street. Finally, I appreciate the host's timely communications and clear instructions about the apartment.

A must stay!

Phillip, the host, is absolutely amazing! He was quick to answer any questions and helped guide where we needed to go. The property is absolutely beautiful. CLEAN!! And smelled amazing. He provided snacks, coffee and tea! I’ve stayed many places but this was is at the top of my list!

Property was in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay. Might not have booked if I had initially realized it was upstairs, but I’m glad we did. Also really enjoyed dinner at Proof just a couple of doors down and breakfast at Juneberry a little farther up the street.

A lovely space in a great location

This is a dedicated VRBO space that is well-decorated and supplied. Great location for us, within walking distance to restaurants. Host was quite accommodating and quick to respond to any of our questions. We’d return here in the future.
