« Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. Nice basement APT with good AC, comfy bed, arcade game, keurig, and the mini fridge had some water bottles which we def needed after the beach. « This was a beautiful property with a ton of charm and fun details throughout! It's also in a great location - very easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. My kid and I even spontaneously walked the 6 minutes to the drawbridge to see it go up at 40 minutes past the hour. I was also impressed by how well the AC worked in all the different parts of the house and found it easy to use. Thanks for a great stay! »

« A very comfortable, clean, convenient apartment close to the shore and all the natural attractions near Madison and Clinton. We particularly appreciated that the owners quickly replaced the bedroom air conditioner when it broke. Great hosts! »

« We loved staying here. Hosts were wonderful. Easy to communicate with. House was very clean and taken care of. Yard was very nice. Had air conditioning. 3 parking spots. Within walking distance of downtown mystic, the drawbridge, CVS and more. Totally recommend. »

« We enjoyed the quiet and natural beauty of our surroundings. Sitting on the deck every morning with a hot cup of coffee and a chorus of singingbirds. Perfect start to the day! « Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed a week in Guilford. The children safely played in the yard and rode their push bikes in the driveway. The privacy and views were excellent. The house easily provided ample space for us all. We walked to the beach and enjoyed playing in the sand and running in the splash pad. Mystic Aquarium and Hamonassett State Park were easy car rides.
