The exterior was just painted professionally as well as interior.. Everything showed is private including a fully fenced in backyard pool area which was built in 2020. My home is cleaned spotless before every check in and everything is relatively new. The fridge , sheets , bathroom , pool , countertops ,and floors are all cleaned after every stay. You have private beach coolers provided and the house has a room specifically for dogs linked to the private fenced in backyard with a swing and pool water fall.
