« Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! »

« The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. I loved the fact there were toys available, games and a pack and play. My almost 2 year old was able to run around and play inside and outside. He loved the wood blocks. The backyard was a perfect oasis to sit and relax. It was super convenient walking distance to the beach. I will definitely atay here again. »

« Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again! »

« This was a great place to get away! It's on a quiet street and the patio and hot tub are secluded and feels like a private jungle hideaway. You're steps from the beach and just a short drive to many shopping and event areas. We spent one day in Orlando at Universal Studios, about 50-60min drive, and another day at Kennedy Space Center about 30-40min drive. Great place to stay! »

« My group stayed one night prior to a cruise out of Port Canaveral; we had an excellent stay and everything was as described. We didn't have time to use the pool but we enjoyed the outdoor area and all slept comfortably. The walk to the beach contains sidewalks was short enough that my 75 year old mother was able to walk it. We would love to stay again! »

« This house is PERFECT!! has everything you need! From beach toys to a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels. Everything you would find in your own home. Bring clothes and food. Thats all you need! The hot tub didnt work while we were there, we did reach out to the property about it, said someone would come out. They never did. Wasnt a huge deal. Hopefully they fix it.. everything else was great! Enjoy your stay here »
