Cocoa Beach 2023/24

We spent a week here over New Year, 5 adults, 3 children. Very nicely furnished house, impeccably clean, with many well thought-out details, for example an acoustic signal sounds when a child opens the garden door. Great heated pool. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. We give it our highest recommandation.

This property is amazing! We are sure that you will not find another with this high level. Everything is absolutely clean, the house is furnished with love. My family and I travel to Florida every year and stay in different areas (Cape Coral, Orlando, Melbourne, Boca) and this house was by far the best! Clean, comfortable, beautiful. The pool was perfect and the jacuzzi was an added bonus for late at night. Wood was supplied for the fire pit area so one night we roasted marshmallows. The beach was also nearby which was great. Absolutely recommend this place - 5 stars!

Home was beautiful! Host communication was excellent. We had a mechanical issue with our truck on a Sunday and the host jumped in and tried to help us find a repair location! By far the best place we've ever stayed!

We had an incredible time at Chelsi & Marc’s Coastal Scandinavian Retreat! The house is gorgeous—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces felt like our own private oasis.We did run into a small issue with the front door lock, but Chelsi and Marc were so responsive and helpful. They guided us through troubleshooting, offered backup options, and followed up to make sure everything was working smoothly. Their communication and support made us feel completely taken care of.The only thing we’d mention for future guests is that the kitchen could use a bit more storage space if you plan to stock up on groceries—but it wasn’t a big deal for us.We’d definitely come back again—not just for the beautiful home, but for the amazing hospitality!

Amazing Cocoa Beach Spring Break Family Trip

We had an amazing time staying at Chelsi and Marc's property in Cocoa Beach. The house is incredible, and it was hard to want to leave the backyard oasis although when we did, we were only a short walk away from the Lori Wilson Park Beach. The home is wonderful on the inside as well. Chelsi and Marc did an incredible job with the house design, and it was well equipped which we appreciated. Chelsi was super easy to communicate with - very responsive and always friendly. We would absolutely rent from them again. Thanks!

Lovely stay in Cocoa Beach!

This was our second year in Cocoa Beach, and this home exceeded all expectations. It was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, thoughtfully organized, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The layout was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for both relaxing and gathering together.The backyard was an absolute gem, with an awesome pool, a hot tub, and a lovely grassy area that was perfect for the kids to play. Beautiful place. Very comfortable and quiet. Everything was so nice, and the property is very well-maintained. The backyard is amazing. Superb facility and service

This property is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our hosts had thought of everything! Games for the children, even a transfer board for our handicapped family member. This facility is truly wheelchair assessable. When a baby possum decided to swim in the swimming pool, our host quickly came and retrieved the possum and cleaned the pool and we were swimming again later that day.

Outstanding property, host and amenities in EVERY way!

This beautiful home made our week one of the best of our lives! Enjoying vacation with our three adult children and their spouses, including our adorable grand-daughter in a gorgeous, welcoming, clean and perfect home was a dream. The pool table provided great evening entertainment. The hot tub and pool were a huge bonus. The special details provided did not go unnoticed-the little wooden stool in the main floor bathroom, the beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, wagon, kitchen spice drawer, step along the interior lip of the pool, fire pit, outdoor t.v., grill, outdoor table and chairs, cleaning products/soaps/shampoos/laundry pods, soft shelving in the closets, beach towels etc.! WOW. I could go on and on with all the special touches. And CLEAN! Every nook and cranny. The backyard landscape is gorgeous. It created such a wonderful aura of beauty and privacy. It was hard to leave. Best of all, the hosts went above and beyond in making sure all was well, right down to mailing home my beloved forgotten swimsuit. Adult family vacation

The property was great. We would stay there again. Close to golf courses, restaurants, beach and shopping. Pool was great. We would have spent more time in the hot tub but it was set very hot and there was no place to turn it down. Also, all the bedroom pillows were hard. Very uncomfortable.

Weekend Getaway

The home is spotless and stocked with everything that you need from beach towels to toys for the pool. Beautiful area with an ice cream shop at the end of the road. Pool was very nice along with the hot tub. Beach is at the end of the road, make sure you take the bikes and the chairs. You will not find a better place to stay in Cocoa Beach, look forward to coming back!

Best rental so far.

This place was amazing. The best stocked so far in my opinion. We usually travel with kids but this was an adult only trip. Great location close to everything in cocoa beach. Grocery store about 2 minutes away.Close to mini golf, escape rooms, Ron jon surf shop, shops, etc. No beach front but relatively short walk, would still drive if you have kids because you need to cross a busy street. Pool, hot tub, grill, all really well taken care off. Grill was the cleanest ive ever seen of any property. Nice pool table which can convert to table tennis easily. This entertainment area is in the garage which has its own AC. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and kids sand toys provided in a storage in the backyard. Coolers for the beach provided. Overall beautifully remodeled, great landscaping in the backyard with nice table to have some meals al fresco. Only weird vibe is all the “no more vrbo/air b and b” signs in the houses front yards in the neighborhood. Im guessing theyve had some noisy guests or something so try to be a good guest so they can keep renting this awesome place.

Floridian Fall Fantasy

This house and its Hosts were amazing! Chelsi & Marc made everything so easy and simple. It starts getting chilly in Illinois in October, so we disappear for a week or two every year in the fall to get away and relax before the dreaded northern winter. This place was a paradise! We absolutely spent more time outside than inside enjoying the pool, hot tub, and dinning area every day & night. Not to downplay the interior.. Its beautiful and super clean. Everything you need for an adult trip or a family with kids. Cocoa Beach has a ton to offer, and the weather was perfect, But every day we ventured out, we were just as excited returning to the house to cook, swim, relax, and get a good night sleep. Not to mention the evening walks down to the Ice Cream hut almost every night! Chelsi & Marc are everything you would want in a host, and so is this property. Would definitely come back, and suggest to EVERYONE! Ben & Melissa Joliet, Il.
