„We had a short stay with a large family group. The house was an old, fascinating building-but clean and functional.. Definitely good for groups who need some space to spread out. We enjoyed the garden terraces and the hot tub in the lovely spring weather. The location is close to the sights of downtown Roma, but removed enough to provide a peaceful respite after sightseeing.“

After we contacted the booking website we got on a call with the owner (after 45 minutes of waiting in front of the house) we waited for around 3 hours in front of the house when the owner arrived. The bed sheets where dirty and had stains on it. No warm water. No WiFi as described. Loud neighbors. Amazing view from the roof and the AC was good. „Im August 2024 haben wir für 2 Wochen in der Casa Lautone unsere Ferien verbracht. Unser großzügiges Appartement war im 3. Stock, welches über einige Treppen (insgesamt 56 Stufen) zu erreichen ist. Außerdem im Erdgeschoss ein Bad mit Dusche sowie eine weitere Küche. Draußen gibt es zwei Bereiche mit Tischen und Stühlen. Dazu einen großen Aufstell-Pool. Im 1. „What a beautiful home! Wow, this place was perfect for 8 of us Canadians. Pool was perfect. Sauna was perfect. Hot tub is seasonal which is understood, but we may not have realized that until the day of, but it was not a big deal. The owner was very quick to have the property care manager help us with a small vehicle issue - which was very helpful. We needed a food delivery - the owner was quick to help, and the food was awesome! Quiet area, very relaxing! “

„We had a really lovely time staying in this very expansive villa. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by us on a daily basis. Being near Rome allowed us to site see the capital a few times. Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries.“

„Wir waren 2 Wochen mit Kindern und Grosskindern in diesem Haus mit herrlichem Umschwung. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 18 Personen. Es ist wunderbar mit Gegenständen aus der Bauzeit (über 100 Jahre) eingerichtet, die Küchengeräte (auch genügend Geschirr und Besteck) und die Betten sind aber aus der Neuzeit. Das Ganze hätte eine Renovation nötig, ist aber funktionstüchtig. Der Park mit den alten grossen Bäumen ist herrlich und kühlt. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr gross, es hat auch genügend ...
