The room and hotel is absolutely nothing like the pictures (under the idea that they are “renovating”) The mattress in our room in the fold out couch is literally the width of two fingers, looks like a camping mattress. I wouldn’t make my toddler sleep in such a crap mattress. Much less tout this as a bed for an adult. The one in the pic was a full size couch and this is tiny love seat with a two inch thick mattress.
The guy at desk using the excuse that he is not manager. Then when I pushed he called manager whose only solution was to give us blankets to add to extra bed.
They are saying our room is one of the renovated rooms but it’s terrible compared to the pics. Scraped up walls and weird set up where fridge and microwave have so sit out from wall to work
They said they are out of pillows and they can not give us another thin mattress to add to this one despite the fact that there are literally only 5-6 other cars in this parking lot.
The entire hotel looks in disarray and run down. I’ve actually been at hotels where remodeling was occurring and this just looks like a road size Super 8. Not like at Comfort Suites I’ve ever been to. PICS NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL HOTEL. The fact that nothing could be done to make our stay any better is shocking.
