Add the small cabin to your reservation for an additional Cost and 2 extra guests. This separate cabin space has a common area with a pull-out queen sofa, a low loft with another queen-size (thin) mattress, and a full bath. It's a great addition to a larger group. The cabin is located next to the main house for an additional charge of $125.00 per night 3 night minimum. Must be added to reservation before check-in. Please note, if you do not reserve it separately, the cabin will not be available for your party's use during your stay and will remain locked at all times.

Please Note:

1. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.

2. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $200 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest's arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $500 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

3. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

4. Swim at your own risk.

5. This home loses power usually weekly; however, there is a generator already hooked up to the home to make sure the home runs as normal.

6. If there is snow here in the Winter, we try to maintain the road with a plow, but you will need a 4-wheel drive in the Winter if there is snow.

7. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

8. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!
