Pool areas are nice but needs more supervision of children. Need to restrict plunge pool and hot tub to adults(18 and over). « Nice an d clean in a pleasant location. Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions. »

« I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

« We had a great short stay at Country Cascades! The waterpark was perfect for our 7 and 9 year olds. They wanted to ride everywhere by themselves! The staff was so kind, attentive, and answered any questions we had. Overall, we had a great time ace would come back. »
