« Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Next to city. »

« This hotel is built into an apartment building on the main street of Como, which is busy all day with cars, buses, trucks and motorcycles, and so was noisy at night. It is close to the lake front, and had all good amenities, but it is on the “2nd floor” (third level of the building) 2 double flights of stairs and no lift (elevator). Beware if you have heavy luggage or are older people. You deal with the manager via WhatsApp, and never see the staff. There are several great restaurants nearby. »

« No soap in the kitchen or bathroom. Bed frame peeling plastic into the sheets and floor. Mold on ceiling over the shower. Ants in the kitchen. Overall YUCK. »

« Surprise quand vous arrivez à 22h et que l'on vous dit qu'il n'y a aucune reservation a votre nom; malgré un numero de reservation . On vous dit heureusement il nous reste une chambre, sympa on nous applique le prix hotel. com, (geste commercial) apres appel hotel.com confirme la reservation effectuee. Le lendemain matin , l'hotelier nous explique qu'il vient de recevoir notre reservation , Bizarre, coup de chance sinon c 'etait la nuit dans la voiture »

« Ended up at this property after an issue with a nearby hotel in Como. Could not have been happier with the result. Angela and Elisabetta were fantastic communicators and hosts. Would absolutely stay here again! »

« Highly recommend this place. It’s ideal location. Close to everything especially the ferry dock where you can buy the ferry tickets and lots of restaurants and shopping places within 2-3 minutes. The main train station Saint Giovani is within reasonable walking distance. The place is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The management staff is also very responsive. I love hearing the church bell every morning We had a great stay. Thank you. »

« We went to the birds eye view, for five days, in Como and all I can say is breathtaking. From the decor to the comfort of the apartment to the views as well as the location. Everything was perfect. We were made to feel so welcome by the people who were behind the organisation of it all, and the location of the apartment to Como center and the station is really good, all within 10-15 min walk. And, if you love the water it's only a 10 minute walk to the water front. We absolutely loved this...
